Funds Management:

The DC Capital team has a proven track record in establishing and managing real estate investments on behalf of REITs, wholesale and retail investors in various investment products. We tailor our solutions to meet both domestic and global investor requirements:

• Managed Investment Trusts (“MIT”) - as of 1 July 2012, under the MIT legislation, qualifying offshore investors are subject to a lower withholding tax rate of 15%. DC Capital provides specialist investment management services, including the structuring and ongoing management of MIT compliant vehicles on behalf of qualifying offshore investors.
  There are specific criteria that offshore investors need to meet in order to qualify for MIT status. Please contact us to discuss your MIT requirements and what specific services we can provide you in order to comply with the MIT legislation.

• Wholesale investors - we offer both clubbed or pooled investment wholesale funds as well as separate account services tailored to those clients who prefer to invest individually and retain control. This service is also provided to those offshore investors who do not qualify under MIT legislation.
