Chris Coulter - Director

Chris is the founding director of DC Capital and has over 20 years’ experience in the Australian real estate industry, having worked at major property groups including BTR Asia Pacific, Choice Properties Management, Savills, Knight Frank and Orchard Funds Management. Prior to forming DC Capital, Chris was a fund manager responsible for a direct diversified real estate portfolio worth over Au $1.2 billion.

• Setting investment strategy
• Execution of acquisitions and divestments
• Debt structuring and management
• Asset/property management
• Ongoing management of fund structuring

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Property.
